Registration for Forest Edge, Noblewood, and Crown Properties

Toronto, Canada (PRWEB), December 4, 2014 – Bremont Homes, the Greater Toronto Area’s finest home building company, is announcing that those interested in purchasing a home in its Forest Edge, Noblewood, or Crown of Creditview communities can now register to preview homes scheduled for a spring closing. Registration, open until January 2015, will be done on a first-come, first-serve basis.

“We’re getting so close to the properties being completed and available for viewing,” says Gary Breda, president of Bremont Homes. “It’s always an exciting time for us to let potential homeowners have a chance to see the houses we’ve put so much work into over the months.”

Anyone looking to buy a home in any of these properties is encouraged to register as soon as possible to be eligible for the priority preview on the new release of homes that will be finished by Bremont designers. “Some homes are still available for potential homeowners to pick their own finishes, which is a great incentive for those looking to incorporate their own personal touch,” says Breda.

The Crown of Creditview properties are located in Brampton near Queen and Creditview road and feature luxury homes with French Chateaux architecture. The Noblewood Estates are in Brampton as well, also off Queen Street, on large 40- and 50-foot lots. The Forest Edge properties will feature detached luxury homes in Innisfil near Lake Simcoe and close to urban amenities such as shopping centres, restaurants, and parks.

“Anyone even thinking of buying a home on one of our properties should definitely register, as registering now puts them on a priority list for when we start doing call-outs for viewings in January,” Breda concludes. “With the opportunity for a spring closing, we expect these homes to move fairly quickly, so we really encourage everyone to register this month.”
