This guide is intended to help you understand the stages and communication you will have with Bremont Homes from the date of purchase until long after you move in. Given the complexity of the construction process, all dates and timing must be approximate.

The offer goes firm: within 10 days

Receive a welcome letter from Bremont 30 days after your offer is firm

You’ll receive a token of appreciation 45 days after your offer is firm

You’ll receive a letter from our Décor Studio that will prepare you for your décor (colour) appointment in 30 to 90 days

Structural appointment booking: 60 to 90 days

Colour appointment booking: 75 to 120 days

You will receive a letter confirming commencement of construction, approximately 120 days after your offer goes firm

You will receive a letter confirming completion of framing, windows and shingling of roof: 145 to 160 days

Letter to arrange a private walk-through with décor consultant: based on commencement of construction

Letter to book pre-delivery inspection 30 to 60 days prior to closing

Follow-up letter on move-in progress: 35 days after closing

Follow-up letter to address any fine-tuning issues: 8 months after closing

Follow-up letter on move-in progress: 15 months after closing
